Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds and Damages
We gladly accept returns or cancellations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For damages, your item must be in the original packaging for claims purposes. In the rare instance of damage, we will send another identical butterfly display immediately.
Displays exempt from being returned are custom orders.
To complete your return on refunds or damages, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us before you contact us. We rarely have returns or damages but we want you to be happy with your butterflies and we will do everything to correct any inconvenience.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or status of your replacement. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bflyart@aol.com and send your item to: Nature Art, 3500 El Conquistador #151, Bradenton FL 34210, United States.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nature Art, 3500 El Conquistador #151, Bradenton FL 34210, United States
On a non-damaged return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item within the 14 day allowed time. No shipping will be refunded domestically since Nature Art offers free shipping.
On a damaged return, we will email you a prepaid mailing label (we have had less than 2 damages over the last 4 years)
